Magic Kingdom

^^^ Proof that we made it to the Magic Kingdom!^^^
Even though it wasn’t “peak season” it was still a jam-packed park with so much to take in. We mostly toured Fantasyland which is just a small corner of the whole park. (Fortunately, it has a high concentration of magic) For being Disney newbies and having a three-year-old and an eight-month-old in tow, we definitely had a fun and enchanting time!

We met four princesses! (Merida, Rapunzel, Ariel, and Cinderella. They were beautiful and so sweet.)

We had lunch and got on a few rides including Ariel’s Undersea Adventure, Winnie the Pooh’s Honey Pot ride, Peter Pan’s Flight, and the carousel. (Note to self, no honey pots next time! It was a little weird.)

We danced alongside characters in the evening at the “Move It! Shake It! Street Party.”

Lastly, we saw “A Frozen Holiday Wish” starring the characters from a little-known movie called Frozen. (You’ve probably never heard of it.) We watched Elsa light up the castle with her ice power and that basically blew everyone’s mind.

It was an epic day for everyone. Cece fluctuated between being elated and also emotional. (A high amount of excitement and no naps will do that to a lady.) I think it must have felt like an unreal experience to her. Cece, however, did say that she wants to stay in Florida forever, so I’m confident that she enjoyed herself.

I have to thank my mom and sister so much assistance with the girls (stroller-pushing, navigating the park, taking pictures, finding the ice cream, etc.) and a BIG thank you to Joe for being so sweet, involved, and helpful on an extremely girl-centric vacation. I felt extremely lucky to be on such a special trip with my two immediate families. I truly hope we can do this again when the girls are a bit older!
