Just like last April, winter put on a dramatic grand finale which our kids have been thrilled about. (I mean, school got cancelled for the girls one more time and Ares sure loves watching the plows.) Here are a few pics I quickly took yesterday afternoon. I didn’t want my camera getting wet, but I did want a few kids-in-the-snow shots for our yearly albums.

I know I’m always ending posts by saying “Now onto spring!” which now seems comical… but maybe soon? All I know is that I’m glad we didn’t plant any flowers outside yet. I’m off to grab a fresh cup of coffee, cozy up with my kiddos, on the couch and start the fireplace. For those in the Midwest, drive safely and enjoy this last appearance of winter!
